The use of spätzler’s grater to unify Spätzle is simple and it is not much effort to produce. A feeding blade made of flexible plastic helps to spread the dough and push through the hole. After use, the scraper can be clamped on the back without loss. Special advantages: hanging groove can attach the board to the edge of the pot, so that the spätzle can be scraped directly over the pan and safely dropped into boiling water.
