With the meat thermometer by WMF scala, the core temperature of a steak or also other types of meat (beef, veal, lamb, pork or poultry) can be measured easily. To do so, simply insert the meat thermometer into the centre of the meat and check how well cooked it is. Measured values from 0°c – 110°c. The thermometer is heat-resistant up to 250°c.
