The cromargan frying pan has a non-stick coating on the inside. The ceramic coating provides exceptional non-stick properties and is extremely heat resistant up to 400°c. The frying pan is suitable for cooking anything that needs frying quickly at a high heat, like steaks and sausages. You can use very little fat. The trans herm universal base provides for optimal heat distribution and retention and is suitable for all types of hobs. Serving pans have two metal side handles. They are ideal for regular cooking, grilling in the oven and serving. As they do not have obstructive long handles, they can be stored in kitchen cupboards without taking up lots of space and getting in the way.
