Strawberry Curd Heart
Step 1: The dough
• 4 eggs.
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
• 130 g sugar.
• Pack of 1. vanilla sugar
• 150 g flour.
• 2 str. tsp baking soda
Step 2: The strawberry curd filling • 350 g strawberries.
• 2 – 3 tablespoons sugar.
• 4 sheets of white gelatin.
• 250 – 300 g skimmed curd.
• 2 tablespoons orange juice.
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• Pack of 2. vanilla sugar
• 300 ml whipped cream.
Step 3: The strawberry cream decoration • 300 ml whipped cream.
• 50 g powdered sugar.
•Slightly red food colour.
• 250 g strawberries.
• Decoration e.g. silver dust, pearls.
